Our Automotive Direction team is seeking a Technical  Trainning  Support. In this position, you will be provide technical support in terms of diagnostics and coverage within the political and technical framework of the brand's vehicle warranty. Receive training from the OEM and stay permanently updated on the brand's products and technologies. Act as the administrator for warranty approvals for dealerships and support workshop communication with the OEM through established platforms. Serve as the technical contact with the manufacturer and manage the indicators and KPIs designated by the department head to ensure that the set objectives are met.

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

  • Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair procedures.
  • Familiarity with OEM warranty policies and technical frameworks.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software platforms provided by the manufacturer.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and service bulletins.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise between workshops, dealerships, and the OEM.
  • Experience receiving and applying OEM technical training. Experience in managing warranty approvals and documentation.
