Talent Acquisition Analyst  – Colombia & MACAM

Our Talent Acquisition Team in Colombia and Macam is seeking for a Recruiter Analyst with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees from all levels of the organization.

 

To be great in this role the candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.

 

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including advertising vacancies, screening applicants, conducting interviews, sourcing passive talent, running assessments, and performing pre-employment checks.
  • Providing on-going support to stakeholders throughout the process, actively promoting and encouraging workforce diversity at all levels of recruitment.
  • Proactively source top-tier talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Outline employer branding initiatives in line with company expectations and work closely with the marketing or communication department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges.
  • Working in partnership with agencies when required manages Talent Acquisition vendors, including contracts and invoice process.
  • Carry out TA Projects that will add value to the business, increase consistency, efficiency and quality of all aspects that impact TA such as best practices implementation, global framework alignment, intern and early career programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, SLA improvements, among others.
  • Utilizing our Successfactors ATS to ensure that all information is kept up to date for the team and also for the candidates and develop metrics, KPI´s and evaluate the effectiveness of various attraction tools/channels and outcomes.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the closing process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Continuously searches for innovative sourcing techniques for hard-to-fill roles and
  • Assist lead in determining finalist candidates, based on the skill set of the short-listed candidates against proposal positions/requirements, current and future needs and fostering diverse team.
  • Understanding of recruiting metrics and reporting standards. Familiarity with SLA’ as it relates to our business.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.

 

We'll make a match if you meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Recruiter conducting the end to end process required for large and complex organizations including hiring across multiple regions and working in fast‐paced environments.
  • English proficiency with excellent communication skills  to challenge and influence at various levels.
  • Extremely organized, ability to prioritize workload, proactive problem solver “can do” attitude and enthusiastic to create a WOW experience.

 

Nice to have:

 

  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors (ATS) desirable
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics
