Our People team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to join our team in Colombia with scope over Colombia and Macam Clusters. In this position, you will be  responsible for defining and executing the Talent Acquisition strategy across the Cluster, ensuring the attraction of top talent and the effective delivery of recruitment and selection processes.

Leading a team of 4 TA Analysts, the role oversees process improvement and the achievement of regional KPIs (Time to Offer, Candidate Experience, Gender Balance among others).

Reporting to the Regional Talent Acquisition Head, this position partners closely with the Local People Director and business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment with regional frameworks. It also plays a key role in coaching the TA team, driving innovation, and contributing to strategic People initiatives.

The Talent Acquisition Lead will collaborate with other TA Leads across the Americas as part of the Regional Community of Expertise, sharing best practices and ensuring consistency across markets.

 

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Attraction: Bring Inchcape’s global EVP to life within the Clusters by developing a local content and communication plan that strengthens our employer brand. Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn) and design targeted attraction strategies for key talent segments, including early careers, diverse hires, technicians, leadership, digital, and other profiles.

 

  •  Process: Ensure consistency and best practices in The Inchcape Way of recruiting, balancing internal and external hiring, optimizing assessment methods, and building talent pools to support workforce planning. Drive direct hiring as the main sourcing channel, and lead improvement projects that enhance attraction, retention, and employer reputation.

 

  •  Compliance and risk: Guarantee that minimum standards and controls such as Pre-Employment Checks and local requirements are applied consistently across the TA process, ensuring full compliance and readiness for audit requirements.

 

  • Technology: Leverage TA technologies (SAP SuccessFactors and others) to drive standardization and efficiency across the recruitment lifecycle.

 

  • Costs/ROI: Identify cost optimization opportunities, manage vendor contracts and SLAs, and ensure measurable return on investment for all recruitment activities.

 

  • KPI’s: Deploy and monitor TA KPIs within the Cluster, driving continuous improvement and embedding Inclusion & Diversity metrics in the TA dashboard.

 

  • Capability: Develop and sustain a high-performing TA team equipped with the skills to deliver on strategies related to direct hiring, Inclusion & Diversity, assessment quality, and candidate experience.

 

  • Inclusion & Diversity: Champion Inchcape’s I&D agenda by embedding inclusive practices across all stages of the recruitment process and collaborating with Cluster peers to drive progress.

 

 

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

 

  • Experienced operating within the TA area at a multi-country level

 

  • Experienced having implemented TA frameworks and innovative solutions

 

  • Having Good working knowledge of the latest TA trends in platforms, technology, channels and innovation

 

  • Having a demonstrable track record of leading, coaching and building capability within a team

 

  • Organised, yet flexible with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment

 

  • Oriented to detail

 

  • Able to think strategically whilst delivering operationally
