Our Management Team in CARCAM is seeking a Planning & Development Director for the Caribbean and Central America (CARCAM) markets, in this role you will be leading and executing business transformation initiatives and driving strategic growth across the CARCAM region and other designated markets. It combines oversight the development of new business opportunities with current and prospective OEM partners.

The role also ensures dealer network effectiveness and alignment with global OEM and Inchcape standards. A key focus is on fostering sustainable growth, operational excellence, and cultural alignment through strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Seek new growth opportunities (via M&A or new DA) within the Carcam cluster
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective OEMs; ensure alignment with their global strategies and secure competitive product offerings
• Take responsibility for delivery of business-critical projects within agreed timelines and quality standards. (Transformation, Stabilization and Capex)
• Define and implement an execution plan for the new opportunities won, to ensure that the expected benefits of the investment are obtained.
• Define a customer experience framework for the cluster to ensure customer loyalty and retention levels.
• Generate consolidated business reporting for the cluster in terms of TIV analysis, MS, competitiveness, etc. to generate a global vision of the cluster and improve decision making
• Manage dealer relationships to guarantee the execution of business plans, proper exhibition of products, and compliance of the OEMs network standards.

We'll make a match if you meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
• Proven experience in Continuous Improvement, Projects, Processes, Center of Excellence, Value realization office.
• Experienced dynamic and strategic professional to lead OEM relationship management and new brand development within the automotive sector (5 to 10 years)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Advanced English both written and spoken.
