We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with expertise in backend development using .NET, as well as advanced knowledge of SQL Server, Git, GitHub, and Azure. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development contributions to ensure the delivery of robust and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical reference point for the backend development team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement backend solutions using .NET Core.
• Manage and optimize SQL Server databases, ensuring performance and security.
• Supervise and collaborate on code management using Git and GitHub.
• Develop and deploy cloud-based solutions utilizing Azure.
• Coordinate code reviews and technical mentoring sessions.
• Lead the planning and execution of projects in agile environments.
• Solve complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in backend development with .NET, including .NET Core.
• Extensive experience in SQL Server database management.
• Proficiency in version control tools (Git, GitHub).
• Experience in development and deployment within Azure.
• Strong skills in leading technical teams and coordinating projects.
• Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience in application security and secure development practices.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
