Purpose of Role: 

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect specializing in web and eCommerce applications to design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance digital commerce platforms. This role requires expertise in React.js, PHP, databases, and cloud platforms, with a strong understanding of eCommerce ecosystems, payment gateways, and customer experience optimization. As a Solution Architect, you will work closely with product managers, development teams, and business stakeholders to create end-to-end solutions that enhance digital commerce capabilities, ensuring platforms are robust, secure, and scalable.

Job Role and Responsibilities: 
 

• Architect and design scalable web and eCommerce solutions, ensuring optimalperformance, security and user experience.
• Lead the development of React.js front- end applications and PHP or .Net based eCommerce back-end services.
• Define and oversee database architecture (SQL & NoSQL) for product catalogs, user data and transactions.
• Design API- driven and microservices based architectures for modular, extensible eCommerce platforms.
• Present architectural designs to the architecture board for review and approval.
• Ensure Cloud based deployment (AWS, Azure or GCP) For high availability and resilence.
• Work closely with UI/UX and product manager teams ton enhance customer experience and optimize website performance.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines DevOps practices and Cloud automation to support agile development.
• Ensure security best practices including PCI compliance, data encryption and fraud prevention.

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience as a solutions Architect for web and eCommerce applications.
• Expertise in React.js, Javascript (ES6+) and state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc)
• Strong proficency in PHP and .NET
• Deep understanding of database design anad management (MySQL, PostgrateSQL, Azure DB).
• Experience integration PIM and CRM systems.
• Cloud expertise with Azure, including severless architectures.
• Experience with GraphQL, RESTful APIS and headless commerce architectures.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud based deployment strategies.
• Strong understanding of authentiication, authorization and web security best practices (OAuth, JWT, PCI DSS)
• Hands-On  experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows and Agile development.
