Our Inchcape Insurance team is seeking for a Direct Sales Call Center Agent to join our team in Athens.
What you will do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers interested in Toyota insurance products
- Manage customer claims, renewals for insurance, including quotations, alternative offers, and coverage checks (e.g., vehicle value, discounts on codes handled)
- Issue new insurance policies for partners
- Develop new customer portfolios through promotional activities
- Monitor payments and follow up on outstanding balances
- Maintain records of roadside assistance policy renewals
- Ensure excellent customer experience through personalized service and expert advice
- Contribute to overall team success by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and potential improvements
About you
To be successful in this role you would need:
- 3-5 years of experience in relevant role
- to be an excellent communicator and collaborator
- Fluency in English language (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with systems & tools
- Customer Centricity, organizational and sales skills
