Our Aftersales team is seeking a Customer Order Technician to join our team in Hong Kong. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs, bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward.

What you'll do

• Daily visit garages and establish close business relationships with garages.
• Handle parts enquiries from garage customers and provide quotation.
• Achieving monthly personal sales target and team target.
• Assist the team to arrange parts delivery and complete invoices.
• Conduct surveys to collect market information and intelligence occasionally.
• Participating in customer retention events or product promotional activities.

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

• Form 3 of secondary education or above
• With valid driver’s license no. 1 & 2 
• Able to speak fluent Cantonese and basic English
• With relevant working experience in auto parts operation is preferable
• Welcome candidates with relevant working experience in other industries
• With less experience, Customer order technician trainee may be considered.

We offer you

• Year End Double Pay, Discretionary Bonus, Monthly Incentive, 10 Days Annual Leave, 17 days Public Holidays, Overtime Paid, Medical Insurance (including dependents).
• 8.5 working hours per day, 5 days work per week.
