Our Aftersales team is seeking a Customer Order Technician to join our team in Hong Kong. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs, bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward.
What you'll do
- Daily visit garages and establish close business relationships with garages.
- Handle parts enquiries from garage customers and provide quotation.
- Achieving monthly personal sales target and team target.
- Assist the team to arrange parts delivery and complete invoices.
- Conduct surveys to collect market information and intelligence occasionally.
- Participating in customer retention events or product promotional activities.
About you
To be successful in this role you will be:
- Form 3 of secondary education or above
- With valid driver’s license no. 1 & 2
- Able to speak fluent Cantonese and basic English
- With relevant working experience in auto parts operation is preferable
- Welcome candidates with relevant working experience in other industries
- With less experience, Customer order technician trainee may be considered.
We offer you
- Year End Double Pay, Discretionary Bonus, Monthly Incentive, 10 Days Annual Leave, 17 days Public Holidays, Overtime Paid, Medical Insurance (including dependents).
- 8.5 working hours per day, 5 days work per week.
