Our Digital Experience platform is seeking a LEAD SALESFORCE FUNCTIONAL  to join our team in Colombia. In this position, you will Lead the support, operations, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform. We’re looking for a senior professional with strong functional, administrative, and leadership experience to ensure platform stability, drive service excellence, and manage stakeholder relationships. This role focuses on operational continuity while supporting ongoing enhancements and long-term scalability. 

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Lead and mentor the Salesforce team responsible for support, administration, and platform enhancements .
  • Manage team workload, priorities, and escalations across support and continuous improvement activities .
  • Ensure platform stability, performance, and availability aligned with business needs .
  • Act as the main escalation point for complex functional and technical issues .
  • Oversee incident management, root cause analysis, and timely resolution of user issues .
  • Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and platform adoption across the organization .

 

About you

 

  • Bilingual proficiency (English & Spanish) .
  • Senior-level Salesforce experience (administration + development exposure).
  • Proven experience leading Salesforce or CRM support teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud in enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (users, roles, flows, reports, etc.)
  • Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and Agile environment experience.
