Our Procurement Excellence Delivery Manager is searching for hes/his next Procurement Data & Analytics Specialist, who will have the mission to serve as the CoE’s strategic data intelligence driver, responsible for enabling advanced analytics, operational intelligence, and insight-driven decision-making within the Procurement function across the Americas region. This role transforms procurement data into actionable insights that power predictive sourcing, spend visibility, compliance control, and strategic benchmarking.
Acting as a critical bridge between data and business strategy, co-designs dashboards and advanced reporting frameworks with the Procurement Performance Lead and owns the architecture, governance, and quality of procurement master data. The role is accountable for the automation of reporting processes, the development of advanced analytics models, and the delivery of insights across key procurement dimensions such as savings realization, supplier performance, risk exposure, and Source-to-Pay (S2P) cycle efficiency. This position is also key in promoting a data-driven culture within Procurement by driving adoption of tools, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the creation of scalable solutions that elevate the business impact of Procurement.
Among the main functions to be performed are:
- Own the architecture and quality assurance of procurement master data, including vendor, material, category, and spend taxonomies.
- Design and automate dashboards that provide visibility into spend, savings, sourcing pipeline, compliance, ESG, and supplier performance.
- Deliver strategic reporting aligned to P&L and business objectives, providing actionable insights to Procurement, Finance, and Business Unit leaders.
- Develop analytics models that enable predictive sourcing decisions, identify savings leakage, and uncover maverick spend.
- Integrate data across platforms (SAP, COUPA, JIRA, ScanMarket, SmartData) to create a unified and reliable analytical ecosystem.
- Enable audit readiness and compliance by embedding data controls and validation mechanisms across reporting processes.
- Design executive-level reporting packs that consolidate strategic insights for C-level stakeholders, enabling informed decisions on sourcing strategies, contract performance, and financial impact.
- Establish and oversee procurement data governance frameworks, ensuring consistency in taxonomy, accuracy in vendor master data, and integrity across all reporting dimensions.
We will match you if you meet the following requirements:
- Profesional in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
- Advanced Excel skills (including dashboards, formulas, macros, and modeling).
- Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Familiarity with Procurement systems (e.g., SAP, COUPA, JIRA, ScanMarket).
- Knowledge of databases (e.g., Access, SQL) is an advantage.
- Understanding of APIs and ETL processes is a plus.
Desirable Requirements:
- Knowledge of COUPA, SAP, ScanMarket or similar Procurement digital platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP (Procurement and Vendor Master Data modules).
- Bilingual: Fluency in Spanish and English (both verbal and written).
- Familiarity with international standards such as ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) and ISO 20400 (Sustainable Procurement).
- Certification in Internal Controls, Risk Management, or Project Management (e.g., COSO, PMI, APICS, Six Sigma Green Belt) is an advantage.
