Digital Specialist

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Process and nurture leads from digital platforms

·       Make showroom visit appointment and/or reserve test drive with leads and arrange to Sales Consultants

·       Promote products to customers with high quality customer experience in digital platforms

·       Prepare FAQ and scripts for online leads according to marketing weekly campaigns

·       Gather insights and provide recommendations for Marketing team in terms of effectiveness and consumer behavior

·       Liaise closely with different departments to resolve customer’s concerns effectively

·       Prepare and compile daily/weekly/monthly reports to supervisor/management

·       Ad hoc tasks as assigned by Manager

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

·       Tertiary education

·       Computer literacy (knowledge of Chinese input method) / Proficient in MS Office application (Excel, PowerPoint)

·       Possess excellent customer service mindset and attitude

·       Possess valid driving license

·       Passionate about developing career in the automotive industry

·       Experience in Automotive industry / Customer services is an advantage

·       Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
