Purpose of Role:
As an NCI Operations Engineer Associate, you will support and maintain services across Inchcape’s global infrastructure, collaborating with regional, global, and DDC platform teams. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a passion for IT operations and infrastructure, offering hands-on experience in data center, cloud, and network services.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Scope & Service Delivery
- Provide support to internal operations in DDCs (Colombia and Philippines).
- Deliver services to Inchcape markets globally (UK, Europe, Africa, Americas, Asia Pacific).
- Participate in projects and integrate new services into support operations.
- Operate within data center, cloud, and network environments.
- Provide support to internal operations in DDCs (Colombia and Philippines).
- Strategy & Planning
- Contribute to process improvements and policy implementation.
- Collaborate with engineering, applications, and database teams to ensure system reliability and scalability.
- Monitor services and hardware performance.
- Contribute to process improvements and policy implementation.
- Operational Management
- Respond to customer escalations and manage ticketing tools.
- Implement digital workflows for NCI service support.
- Monitor system performance and generate reports.
- Support identity management and infrastructure operations.
- Provide guidance to junior team members.
- Manage and support the Office 365 environment.

Qualifications:
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and virtual machine operations (e.g., patching, backups, monitoring).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams (Level 2 support) – desirable.
- Understanding of support processes and systems development life cycle methodologies.
