Our Finance team is seeking a Commercial Finance Controller to join our team in Tallinn. In this position you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the financial operations of Inchcape Estonia operations. This role requires a deep understanding of financial regulations and the ability to navigate complex financial environments. The Controller will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, optimizing working capital and internal controls, and supporting strategic financial planning across multiple regions.
What you’ll do
- Lead preparation and consolidation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP and manage timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Planning cash flow and performance variance analysis.
- Design and maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements; liaise with auditors.
- Foster collaboration and development across regional finance teams.
- Support strategic initiatives including M&A due diligence, working capital optimization, and profitability improvement.
About you
Qualities that drive success
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CA or MBA preferred.
- 7–10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership in a multinational environment.
- Strong expertise in IFRS/GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
- Proficiency with ERP and reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Excel, BPC) and complex, multi-currency environments.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate financial insights into business decisions.
- High integrity, resilience under pressure, and a hands-on, strategic mindset.
- Collaborative leader with initiative and a strong commitment to team development.
- Solid verbal and written Estonian and English skills.
