 People Services Analyst - Panamá

Our Autobody Solutions team is currently looking for a talented People Services Analyst for Panamá who will support the Human Resources department in Costa Rica and Panamá. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks, coordination of HR activities, and operational support for payroll and employee-related logistics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-minded, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

 

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department.
  • Coordinate all HR-related activities, including meetings, events, training, and internal communications.
  • Manage the purchase of office supplies and services for the HR department.
  • Handle People procurement processes along with purchase orders and invoicing, within the annual budget (AOP),
  • Ensure all employee documentation is up to date and readily available for internal and external audits.
  • Support the HR team during audits by preparing and providing the required documentation.
  • Collaborate with finance and procurement departments on HR-related cost management and benefits administration.
  • Support the onboarding of new employees by facilitating paperwork completion and processing.
  • Coordinating requests and delivery of all provisioning items (uniforms, welcome kits, badges) by new hire's start date.
  • Handle the health and life insurance broker in conjunction with the procurement area, ensuring employee enrollment in these and other benefits.
  • Responsible for appropriate follow-up of each required element in the onboarding process within time frames established.
  • Assist the Payroll Lead by organizing and submitting employee documentation and tracking incidents relevant to payroll processing.

 

We'll make a match if you meet the following requirements:

  • Technical Degree or university studies in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field required.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in administrative or HR support roles.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS, payroll, and similar employee management software. (SuccessFactors desirable)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Familiarity using Excel spreadsheets (intermediate or advance desirable)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Availability to travel upon requests to the company branches.
