Our Digital Experience is seeking a Scrum master to join our team in Colombia - Bogotá. In this position you will be responsible for guiding and enabling engineering teams in adopting and practising agile frameworks, ensuring consistent, high-quality deliveries aligned with the business's strategic objectives. This role requires servant leadership, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to remove impediments so teams can reach their highest performance.

What you’ll do

• Facilitate scrum events (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, review, and retrospective), ensuring focus, clarity, and value.
• Ensure adherence to definition of ready (dor) and definition of done (dod) in every delivery.
• Identify and remove risks and blockers that limit delivery.
• Promote transparency and collaboration between engineering and stakeholders.
• Ensure execution aligns with the strategic priorities defined by the platform and okrs.
• Guide teams in disciplined application of scrum, adapted to inchcape digital's context.
• Measure and report performance metrics (velocity, lead time, throughput) and propose improvements.
• Support engineering management in implementing process and cultural improvements.

About you

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in complex engineering environments.
• Solid understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban; SAFe is a plus).
• Ability to work with distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
• Intermediate to advanced English (able to participate in meetings, document processes, and collaborate with international teams).
• Metrics-driven mindset and focus on continuous improvement.
