Our Digital Experience platform is seeking a Salution Architect to join our team in Colombia. In this position, you will seeking an experienced Solution Architect specializing in web and eCommerce applications to design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance digital commerce platforms. This role requires expertise in React.js, PHP, databases, and cloud platforms, with a strong understanding of eCommerce ecosystems, payment gateways, and customer experience optimization.

As a Solution Architect, you will collaborate with product managers, development teams, business stakeholders, and infrastructure teams to design end-to-end solutions that enhance digital commerce capabilities. You will play a crucial role in shaping the technical strategy for web and eCommerce platforms, ensuring they are robust, secure, and scalable.

What you’ll do

• Architect and design scalable web and eCommerce solutions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience.

• Lead the development of React.js front-end applications and PHP or .Net based eCommerce back-end services.

• Define and oversee database architecture (SQL & NoSQL) for product catalogs, user data, and transactions.

• Design API-driven and microservices-based architectures for modular, extensible eCommerce platforms.

• Present architectural designs to the architecture board for review and approval.

• Ensure cloud-based deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for high availability and resilience.

• Work closely with UI/UXand product manager teams to enhance customer experience and optimize website performance.

• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud automation to support agile development.

• Ensure security best practices, including PCI compliance, data encryption, and fraud prevention

About you

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect for web and eCommerce applications.

• Expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.)

• Strong proficiency in PHP and/or .Net

• Deep understanding of database design and management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Azure DB).

• Experience integrating PIM (Product Information Management) and CRM systems.

• Cloud expertise with Azure, including serverless architectures.

• Experience with GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and headless commerce architectures.

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-based deployment strategies.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Agile development.
