Our Finance team is seeking a Commercial Finance Submanager to join our team in Americas. In this position you will support the Regional Commercial Finance Head in delivering high level of insights and analytics on investment decision across our P&L (CAPEX, OPEX, A&P, Above the line customer investment) in supporting and improving the decision-making processes across the region.
Acting as a trusted business partner, the role supports markets in their BC development, as well as challenges the assumption, to ensure that risk/return profile of our projects and investments maximise the possible value that can be achieved.
The role serves as a centre of expertise for investment matters (construction and analytics) and consolidates regional and group guidances. The role also acts as the main point of contact for local market teams and Group stakeholders, supporting and coordinating Investment committee continuous improvement, guidances/guardrails, as well as developing Total Customer views and expertise across the region.
What you’ll do

Spearhead Investment Process: Coordinate monthly Investment Committees, focusing on BC analysis and construction with each market, challenging assumptions and business partnering with teams to improve Business case construction

Total Customer Investment and Marketing Spend Effectiveness: Develop tools to measure Total Customer Investment analysis, leading to spend effectiveness insights, enhancing above the line and A&P investment decisions

Trusted Business Partner: Provide support to peers and senior stakeholders in our decision-making processes, creating guardrails and high quality insights, to guide Americas in it’s ambition for growth
- Regional A&P Controller Participate in periodic regional A&P reviews with the Commercial Excellence team, ensuring the investment allocated in the regional team (Americas Central), is sustainable and really supports in the advancement of the market teams

Policy Implementation: Ensure Investment Committee terms of references trickle down appropriately for Americas, partnering with group stakeholders in key KPI’s for the different investments and adequate measures to be put in place
About you
To be successful in this role you will be:

Professional in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
-
Experienced in Commercial Finance or FP&A, preferably in a multinational or regional role with multi-market or above market involvement

Posess strong knowledge on Investment Evaluation (DCF analysis, NPV, Payback)

Experienced in Customer Investment and Marketing Spend Effectiveness methodologies (Desirable)

Have high attention to detail and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in Spanish and English

Posess advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools
