Our Communications team is seeking a Communications Lead to join our team in Americas. In this position you will Lead the regional Employee Communication function across the Americas, ensuring alignment, operational excellence and consistent execution of employee communication initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement and business transformation across all markets.
What you’ll do
- Design and own the annual communication roadmap to ensure alignment with business priorities across the Americas.
- Lead the planning, prioritisation and execution of the regional editorial calendar and employee communication campaigns to ensure timely, relevant and effective communication.
- Coordinate strategies to support internal processes such as engagement, learning, wellbeing, culture and recognition while building employee experience and business objectives.
- Execute employee events including Town Halls, Open Coffee sessions and other employee experience formats (both in-person and online) to foster connection across the region, measuring effectiveness and budget adherence.
- Manage and continuously improve internal communication channels to maximise reach, engagement and user experience.
- Develop and oversee multimedia communication content, including written communications, videos, photography and digital assets, to support internal campaigns and selected external communication initiatives.
- Coordinate the deployment of regional communication initiatives with local Communication teams across all markets to ensure consistency and standards, while enabling market adaptation.
- Measure the performance of internal communication channels, aiming at improving their effectiveness.
- Partner with the External Communications function to ensure alignment of regional messaging, integrated campaigns and consistent communication across internal and external audiences.
- Manage communication budgets and external vendors while monitoring KPIs to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Internal Communications, including at least 2 years leading an Internal Communications function, with proven experience managing complex communication calendars, employee engagement initiatives and People communications, preferably within multinational or regional organisations.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or Business Administration.
- Advanced English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
- Experience using Microsoft 365 collaboration and communication tools (SharePoint, Viva Engage, Teams, Outlook, Planner), project management platforms and communication analytics.
- Skills: Strong planning and organisational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling capabilities.
- Ideally, experience managing regional or multinational communication projects and working across multiple markets in different languages.
