Job Responsibilities

  • Process incoming orders verification
  • Assist in sales team administrative coordination work
  • Prepare daily settlement reconciliation
  • Arrange transportation movement of showroom / test drive car
  • Assist in annual stocktake
  • Participate in system testing, training and enhancement
  • Support vehicle registration as and when required
  • Support ad-hoc reports and tasks assign by Manager

 

 

Job requirements

  • Preferably with a Diploma in Commerce or Business-related discipline
  • Proficient with MS Office Tool (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to learn new system
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and adept at multitasking
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A meticulous and ownership taker to follow through the process to completion
