KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support month-end related activities including consolidation, analysis, and management reporting
- Support variance analysis (including but not limited to P&L/Bal Sheet/Capex) and provide meaningful insights
- Support planning, forecasting, and annual budgeting process, including but not limited to template creation, timeline management, forecasting activities, collaborate with multiple stakeholders to obtain any required inputs, and submission to system(s)
- Manage overhead and capex cost control activities
- Liaise with group, regional office, and local finance teams for alignment on planning and reporting matters as needed
- Ensure timely and accurate deliverables for reporting, forecasting/budgeting, and analysis
- Support continuous improvement projects including but not limited to report optimization/automation and forecasting process improvement,
- Develop comprehensive documentation (SOP) for key processes and reports
- Ensure compliance with Group InControl Framework
- Support any other related duties or projects as assigned from time to time
KEY TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Degree in Accounting or Finance-related field
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Highly proficient in English (both verbal and written)
- At least 5 years of accounting and finance-related experience in a dynamic and fast paced organization (preferably not more than 15 total years of experience)
- Prior experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) in an MNC will be preferred
- Qualified CA will be an added advantage
- Prior experience in Business Intelligence (BI) tools, Power Query, SAP, forecasting tools will be an added advantage
