Our Toyota sales team is seeking a Customer Programs Executive to join our team in 
Bulgaria. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver 
exceptional customer service, bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive 
your career forward.

What you’ll do

• Administration and coordination of local and global programs related to customer experience:
• CRS – Customer Recommendation Survey
• Reputation.com – Online reputation management of the dealer network
• Mystery Shopper Program
• Lead management
• Other Toyota and Inchcape initiatives
• Monitoring dealer performance against quantitative and qualitative targets
• Daily communication with the National Contact Center – support, coordination, follow-up, and activity control
• Handling customer inquiries and cases in the Case Management system, including those related to the MyToyota and Lexus Link applications
• Preparation of periodic reports and analyses
• Support for the dealer network in implementing customer initiatives
• Participation in the organization and preparation of corporate events, CSR initiatives, marketing activities, and business visits
