SUMMARY
|
The Operations Supervisor runs an efficient and profitable department through productive drivers, customer retention, cost controls, and achievement of objectives. You will also be responsible to manage the diesel and trash trucks maintenance program, fleet annual inspections, cargo clearance for all port shipment arrivals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
|
- Oversees and manages the daily operations of diesel and trash services
- Develops and implement strategies to grow customer base for diesel and trash operations
- Meets and exceeds sales targets
- Reviews and approve work orders for trash and diesel invoicing
- Reviews and approve all trash and diesel fleet work orders
- Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all Diesel and Trashco drivers.
- Directs and schedules the activities of all drivers.
- Review and approve driver timesheet
- Ensure all military base and Port Authority of Guam passes for all employees are current
- Ensure that all applicable regulatory requirements are met/followed/scheduled for all fleet vehicles, including DOT compliance requirements
- Ensure that all applicable regulatory requirements are met/followed/scheduled for drivers
- Responsible for cargo clearances for all port shipment arrivals
- Responsible for renewal of all fleet monthly registrations
- Responsible for maintenance program of all trash and diesel trucks
- Responsible for renewal of tanker truck “tank” annual inspections
- Responsible for tanker truck annual meter calibrations

QUALIFICATIONS
|
- Education
- High School Diploma, or its equivalent
- Experience
- 1-3 years’ experience in Logistics
- Licensure
- Valid Guam Driver’s License
|
