SUMMARY

The Heavy Equipment Rental Sales Associate will be responsible for acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts by visiting job sites, military facilities, and other locations throughout the island for rental sales. This role involves identifying and securing local and regional business opportunities, developing strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Associate will promote the company's equipment rental services and solutions to meet customers' project needs while achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular visits to job sites, military facilities, and other locations to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, project managers, and procurement personnel.
  • Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Present equipment rental solutions that meet customer requirements and project specifications.
  • Negotiate rental agreements, terms, and conditions to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify new business prospects and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and maintenance of rental equipment.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date with the latest heavy equipment rental offerings.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and report on sales performance and market conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education
    • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Licensure
    • Valid Guam Driver’s License
  • Experience
    • 2-3 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or construction and heavy equipment preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
