Our Leadership team is seeking a Continuous Improvement & Process Manager to join our team in Costa Rica.

 

In this position you will be responsible for transforming the end-to-end operation in Costa Rica by driving efficiency, productivity, and excellence in the customer experience.

 

Their mission is to align and leverage business capabilities to transform operational gaps into high-impact initiatives that strengthen sales, aftersales, and network performance, while ensuring sustainable financial results.

 

What you’ll do

  • Process Optimization: Lead comprehensive assessments to identify bottlenecks, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Customer Experience: Prioritize initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, managing complaints and claims through agile solutions in coordination with the Legal team.
  • Continuous Improvement Management: Implement Lean methodologies, agile practices, and disciplined execution frameworks to accelerate value delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Co-Leadership: Coordinate improvement teams across business areas, focusing on critical KPIs and measurable outcomes.
  • Capability Orchestration: Integrate IT, analytics, processes, people, and financial resources into coherent and sustainable solutions.
  • Capability Development: Strengthen teams and leaders through management routines and continuous improvement tools such as Gemba, A3, PDCA, and standard work.
  • Change Sustainability: Ensure the cultural and operational adoption of implemented improvements.

 

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, process mapping and optimization, and customer management roles.
  • Organizational Transformation: Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives or change management programs.
  • Language: Advanced proficiency in English
  • Methodologies: Strong expertise in Lean and continuous improvement methodologies (required).
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage high-level internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Advanced Analytics: Ability to translate data into strategic decisions using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Retail & Channel Experience: Experience in sales and aftersales operations within retail environments.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the automotive industry and its value chain (preferred).
