LEGAL COUNSEL

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide legal support for all Inchcape businesses in Lithuania.
• Participate in the Lithuanian management team, as well as the Inchcape regional and global legal teams.
• Ensure compliance with data protection laws (GDPR), manage data privacy policies, and oversee data breach response procedures.
• Advise on corporate governance, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor legal developments, ensuring compliance with Lithuanian and European laws, including ABC, AML, and antitrust regulations.
• Oversee corporate governance, including board resolutions, company secretarial duties, and statutory record maintenance.
• Identify legal risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage litigation and disputes.
• Represent the company in negotiations, legal proceedings, and external regulatory relations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including dealership, employment, lease, IT, and insurance agreements.

WE EXPECT YOU TO

• Master’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate and commercial law (less experience may be considered if the candidate is highly promising).
• Strong knowledge of Lithuanian and European legal requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of ethics and professionalism.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and strong English skills (both written and verbal).

REMUNERATION

4000-5000 €/month gross
