About the role
In this role, you will support the Marketing team in the smooth delivery of day-to-day operational and organisational activities. Your responsibilities will include preparing materials and reports, updating data and documents, coordinating the flow of information, and working closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and the retailer network.
An important part of the role will also involve supporting the planning and organisation of customer events across the retailer network, coordinating their preparation, and monitoring their quality and compliance with brand standards.
This role is ideal for a well-organised, detail-oriented, and communicative person who enjoys working on a variety of tasks, collaborates effectively with different stakeholders, and is keen to develop their marketing experience within an international automotive organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Marketing team.
- Collaborating with the Product team and Sales departments to support the achievement of business objectives.
- Managing the platform containing materials for the retailer network and ensuring that all content remains up to date.
- Preparing, updating, and formatting presentations, summaries, reports, and other materials used during internal meetings and meetings with business partners.
- Collecting data from available sources and preparing recurring marketing reports in line with established templates and guidelines.
- Updating marketing activity calendars, schedules, task statuses, and other team working documents.
- Actively supporting the preparation and organisation of local events delivered by the retailer network.
- Participating in the planning of retailer marketing activities related to events, in line with the established planning cycle.
- Supporting the preparation and distribution of marketing communications for the retailer network and other internal and external audiences.
- Coordinating the revision and approval process for marketing materials in line with feedback and established procedures.
- Supporting the organisation of retailer meetings, conferences, marketing events, and internal meetings.
- Supporting the team in preparing materials related to central campaigns, local retailer activities, and CRM and Business Development Center (BDC) initiatives.
- Supporting the onboarding of new retailer contacts by providing relevant materials, access rights, instructions, and organisational information in line with established procedures.
- Carrying out other ongoing support activities based on the current needs of the Marketing team.
Who are we looking for?
Apply if you have:
- Initial professional experience in marketing, operational support, administration, project coordination, event organisation, or a similar role.
- At least intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, including the ability to prepare clear reports, summaries, and presentations.
- Experience in collecting, organising, and updating data in line with defined templates, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Very good organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and monitor progress.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a systematic approach to managing documents and information.
- Confidence in communicating and building relationships when working with internal stakeholders, the retailer network, agencies, suppliers, and other business partners.
- A good command of English, enabling you to work effectively with marketing materials, presentations, correspondence, and brand guidelines.
- A proactive, open, and collaborative approach, together with a willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Experience in marketing, event coordination, or marketing communications will be an additional advantage.
- A valid Category B driving licence.
- Preferably 1-year experience in automotive sector, marketing or sales.
