Our Finance Team is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in the Philippines. This role is critical in managing vendor onboarding, processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining compliance with company policies and tax regulations.

 

What you'll do

  • Accounts Payable

    • Vendor onboarding and orientation on P2P system.
    • Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and expense reports.
    • Manage employee reimbursements and liquidations via SAP Concur.
    • Prepare payment proposals and reconcile AP transactions.
    • Maintain accurate vendor records and assist with audits.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations.

    Accounts Receivable

    • Invoice intercompany customers and ensure timely collection.
    • Maintain compliance with AR processes and standards.

 

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP processes.
  • Familiarity with local tax regulations (withholding taxes, VAT).
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
