Job Summary:

A sales officer is the initial point of contact with a customer and is responsible for generating new customer leads through various channels as well as deepening relationships with existing customers by offering exceptional service. The officer is also responsible for everything from pre-sales process activities to post-sales process activities, making necessary follow-ups on the status of the collection of bonds, the settlement of outstanding payments, and achieving the monthly sales targets assigned to him or her for various products.

 

Job Description

  • Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers as well, as acquires new and prospect customers
  •  Identifying the needs of a potential customer & satisfying those needs in order to convert the enquiry into a purchase.
  • Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.   
  • Carefully follow up all enquiries from the initial generation to closing initial generation to closing the deal.
  • Welcome and addressing any customer queries and guiding them with their purchasing decisions
  • Explain everything from the customer’s point of view and explain the benefits to the customer of buying the product
  • Makes all the necessary study of marketing information, undertake all marketing intelligence, manage key account customers in order to enhance the sales activity proactively
  • Prepares and issues proforma invoice and participate tender as per the approved price list as well as terms and conditions
  • Handle Customers information and company information confidentially and make sure the deal and contract made with the customer is strictly as per Moenco’s Automotive sales standard procedures.

 

Job Requirement:

1st degree in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering/Marketing/Management or in related fields and 2 years related work experience.
