What is the opportunity?

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join the team at Gillman

 

The duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist in coordinating the survey of all inbound vehicles
  • Conduct checks to ensure all vehicles are received and survey for paint damage/missing parts
  • Plan and organise retail details and accessory fitting
  • Direct detailer and accessory fitters as required
  • Ensure all customer service levels are met
  • Liaise with management to monitor and review team performance, developing strategies and plans to address any performance issues

 

About You

To be successful you will possess the following:

  • Sound knowledge and experience in logistics and/or the automotive industry
  • Experience multi-tasking and working in a fast paced environment
  • A valid drivers licence
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • High attention to detail
