Are you a passionate salesperson with a strong affinity for luxury and innovation? As a Sales Advisor at Lexus, you will guide customers in their search for refined mobility and a premium driving experience. You are the face of Lexus in the showroom and ensure top-tier service from the first contact to vehicle delivery.


Your Role:

  • Actively attract new customers and build lasting relationships.
  • Provide expert advice and guide customers in selecting their ideal Lexus model.
  • Create a personalized and exclusive experience with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate test drives and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Closely follow up with potential customers and support them throughout the purchase process.
  • Represent Lexus as a brand ambassador, in the showroom, at events, and on social media.
  • Oversee vehicle deliveries and guarantee a premium handover with the product expert.
  • Accurately handle administrative tasks related to the sales process.

 

Your Profile:

  • You have a strong passion for the automotive industry and stay up to date with the latest innovations.
  • You are results-driven, determined, and motivated to succeed.
  • You can identify commercial opportunities and take proactive action.
  • With your excellent communication skills, you provide a highly personalized customer experience.
  • You have proven sales experience; experience in the automotive sector is a plus.
  • You exude professionalism and inspire confidence.
  • You have a hands-on mentality and can work both independently and within a team.
  • You remain calm under pressure and set priorities efficiently.
  • The FSMA accreditation in insurance and credit is a plus.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
