As a Service Advisor, your responsibility is to ensure maximum customer satisfaction through impeccable after-sales service.
Function and responsibilities:
- Effectively manage workshop staffing and productivity through proactive scheduling.
- Welcoming customers and handling phone calls, emails and online requests.
- Working with the technical department to prepare work orders.
- Perform quality checks on car service and manage billing.
- Provide replacement vehicle and inspect condition on return if required.
- Constantly coordinating with colleagues in the workshop and shop.
- Deliver cars to customers after servicing and provide professional, technical feedback as required.
- Perform administrative tasks according to internal procedures.
- Monitor and process warranty files and claims.
- Updating customer and vehicle data in the database.
- Processing work orders/invoices through Renta solutions according to proper procedures.
- Compliance with all applicable after-sales procedures.
Training/Experience:
- Higher education (administrative or technical) or similar experience.
Required Skills:
- Technical outlook.
- Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Fluent in French and Dutch, with good knowledge of English.
- Knowledge of the automotive sector is a plus.
Required technical skills:
- Knowledge or experience in the automotive industry.
- Good knowledge of bodywork repairs.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, etc.).
- Fluent speaking of Dutch, French and English.
