Your role at Lexus:

  • Proactively manage workshop occupancy and productivity through efficient schedule management.
  • Welcoming customers and answering phone calls, emails and online requests.
  • Correctly preparing work orders with verification of all customer and vehicle data.
  • Ensure quality control of car service and handle invoicing.
  • Providing replacement cars for customers as required, including checking condition on return.
  • Constantly coordinate with colleagues in the workshop and warehouse.
  • Deliver cars after service to customers and provide professional feedback as required.
  • Perform administrative tasks according to internal procedures, such as archiving invoices, cash receipts, and completing documents for audit requests.
  • Enter and follow up on warranty files and claims, including correct re-invoicing and timely forwarding of warranty claims.
  • Following up on procedures and ensuring correctness for audit purposes, such as MRT and GDPR.
  • Updating customer and vehicle data in database.
  • Processing work orders/invoices through Renta Solutions according to correct procedures.
  • General application and adherence to valid procedures. 
  • Drafting and explaining price quotes for customers in coordination with warehouse and workshop.


Your profile at Lexus:


  • Higher education (administrative or technical) or similar experience.

Hard Skills requirements:

  • Technical understanding: Understanding of automotive maintenance processes.
  • MS Word and Excel: Essential for administrative tasks.
  • Dutch and English: For effective communication, French is a plus
  • Knowledge of the automotive sector is a plus.

Soft Skills Requirements:

  • Customer orientation: First impression and understanding needs.
  • Organisation and administration: Managing tasks and information.
  • Communicative and flexible: Dealing with various customers and situations.
  • Stress-resistance: Working effectively under pressure.
  • Problem solving: Finding solutions to customer queries.
