Purpose of Role: 

 

We’re looking for a BI Developer to join our Data Analytics Platform team. This role combines hands-on BI development with strategic leadership, delivering advanced BI solutions while mentoring and guiding a team of BI professionals. You’ll play a key role in shaping BI standards, driving innovation, and ensuring our solutions deliver measurable business impact.

 

 

Job Role and Responsibilities: 

 

  • Design and deliver complex BI solutions integrating Power BI, Azure Synapse, ADF, and Databricks.
  • Set BI development standards and mentor junior developers.
  • Govern BI workspaces, datasets, and security models for performance and compliance.
  • Oversee orchestration of data ingestion pipelines (ADF, Databricks, Logic Apps).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align BI solutions with business transformation goals.
  • Advocate for innovation in BI tools and architecture.

 

 

Qualifications: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 4+ years of BI and analytics delivery experience.
  • Expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and DAX optimization.
  • Advanced knowledge of Azure SQL, Synapse, ADF, and Databricks.
  • Proven experience in project and team leadership.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
