JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for performing thorough cleaning, restoration, and finishing services on vehicles, both interior and exterior, to meet company and client standards. This role includes handling vehicle movement, conducting detailed inspections, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction through high-quality detailing work.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Day to Day Operations
- Perform detailed inspections of vehicles before and after the detailing process and maintain accurate records of vehicle condition.
- Move and park vehicles safely within the facility, deliver vehicles to designated locations, and assist in customer pick-up if required.
- Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors using steamers, vacuums, buffers, hoses, and other equipment according to company and client specifications.
- Apply protective finishes and restorative agents to maintain and enhance vehicle appearance.
- Ensure cleaning procedures are compliant with company safety protocols and service quality expectations.
- Apply wax, polish, and other protective products to vehicle surfaces.
- Conduct final inspections to verify all detailing steps have been completed to a high standard.
- Identify and report any vehicle safety concerns, such as dashboard warning lights, windshield cracks, or tire issues.
- Remove any vehicles with issues from the detailing process and notify the appropriate personnel for further inspection.

- Assists in monthly inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst providing prompt follow-up.
- Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in employee and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to rules and regulations established in the employee handbook and the company policies concerning fire, health & safety.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in auto detailing or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Acquired Skills
- Ability to operate detailing equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for vehicle cleanliness and presentation.
- Good physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift, and move for extended periods.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, responsible, and committed to maintaining high-quality work standards.
Licensure
- Drivers License “Class 3”
