JOB SUMMARY
An Automotive Aftersales Marketing job focuses on promoting and managing services and products offered after a vehicle sale, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction, build loyalty, and drive revenue through various marketing initiatives. This includes planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing customer relationships, and analysing data to improve performance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and Implementing Marketing Strategies: Creating and executing marketing plans to promote aftersales services, parts, and accessories, including digital marketing, social media campaigns, and email marketing.
- Managing Customer Relationships: Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through proactive communication, personalized offers, and effective handling of inquiries and complaints.
- Analyzing Performance Data: Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to aftersales marketing, such as customer retention rates, service revenue, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Supporting Sales Teams: Collaborating with sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive sales of aftersales products and services.
- Budget Management: Managing the aftersales marketing budget and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Staying Up-to-Date: Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the automotive aftersales market.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies related to aftersales marketing and customer data.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience
- Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field. With 7 years of experience marketing, preferably within the automotive industry or in aftersales/service marketing roles OR
- Degree holder with Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the automotive industry or in aftersales/service marketing roles.
- Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and customer relationship management is an added advantage.

- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Experience with CRM systems and tools for managing customer interactions.
- Automotive Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the automotive industry, aftersales processes, and customer behaviour.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues and marketing challenges.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
