Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming inbound call and online digital inquiries from customer
  • Outbound call to existing and new prospect customers to generate vehicle service appointments, lead conversion and marketing engagement.
  • Monitor service appointment booking to ensure appointments are created, on tracked and customer received services from showroom.
  • Outbound call customer survey satisfaction to provided support meets brands and company standards.
  • Coordinate with marketing send update newsletter, sms activity and campaign to maintain Customer Retention on weekly basis within given timeline.
  • Provide reporting to dealership and OEMs
  • Answers incoming phone calls in a prompt, polite, professional manner.
  • Reports to work on time every day as scheduled.

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in any field

 

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Telesale role are preferred.
  • Good listening skills and a strong customer focus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Pro-active attitude and good problem-solving skills.
  • Work productively and maintain effective relationships in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
  • Analytical Skill and Self Motivated
  • Good in English
