Responsibilitie
- Assist end-users with hardware and software issues, troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems, and guide users through step-by-step solutions.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service and effective communication
- Create and manage user accounts, reset passwords, and provide access permissions, following established protocols and security practices
- Assist in software installation, configuration, and updates, ensuring compliance with company policies and security guidelines
- Open/close reports through the Service Desk Plus system
- Coordinate the needs of in-house IT experts and remote employees, vendors and contractors.

- Following established IT policies, procedures, and security guidelines to maintain and enhance the overall IT infrastructure and data security
- Coordinate with the DDC (Global IT Team) to jointly resolve issues and drive the implementation of innovative IT solutions that align with organizational goals
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- 2 Years's Exdperince in IT support, Help desk
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with helpdesk software and ticketing systems.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Fluency in Thai language.
- Good in English language.
