PURPOSE OF ROLE
The HR People Business Partner Junior supports the People function works closely with organisational leaders to align people strategies and Employee experience with business objectives. Thru data-driven insights, act as a strategic adviser on matters of talent, organisational development, change management and Empleyee experience and enegagement, fostering a high-performance culture. The role contributes to aligning People strategies with business objectives while ensuring compliance, data integrity and continuous improvement across People processes.
JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Support business leaders with data-driven recommendations related to talent planning, capacity planning and performance management.
2. Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with HR and business stakeholders to identify capability gaps.
3. Prepare HR dashboards and reports to support leadership decision-making and strategic workforce planning.
4. Support performance management processes including goal tracking, review cycles and development planning analytics.
5. Monitor engagement initiatives and track effectiveness through survey data and KPI analysis.
6. Ensure HR data integrity within HRIS/LMS systems, maintaining accurate records and reporting consistency.
7. Evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments, feedback surveys and performance indicators.
8. Support change management initiatives by providing workforce impact analysis and reporting insights.
9. Partner cross-functionally with business leaders, shared services and regional stakeholders to align HR analytics with operational priorities.
10. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal HR policies through reporting controls and documentation tracking.
11. Support employee relations and organizational development initiatives through analytical insights and reporting.
12. Identify process improvement opportunities within HR operations, reporting and capability development frameworks.
13. Maintain audit-ready documentation and support and HR analytical requests.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Education or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR analytics, HR business partnering, learning & development or generalist HR roles within corporate or shared services environments.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes including performance management, engagement, employee relations, workforce planning and capability development.
- Experience working in BPO, shared services or ramp-up environments is an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR data and translate findings into business recommendations.
- Experience with HRIS, LMS and reporting tools; strong Excel skills required.
- Advanced PowerPoint and reporting presentation skills; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work collaboratively with local, regional and global teams.
- Knowledge of labor law and HR compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently in change environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
- Strong facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with proactive mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
