PURPOSE OF ROLE

 

The Talent Adquisition and Wellbeing Advisor is responsible for supporting end-to-end Talent Adquisition and Wellbeing initiatives, ensuring an outstanding employee experience across recruitment and wellbeing programs. The role combines Talent Acquisition support with wellbeing strategy execution, employer branding, ONE INCHCAPE leadership initiatives and coordination of vendors, spaces and budget processes. This position plays a key role in strengthening culture, engagement and organizational performance aligned with Inchcape’s long-term goals.

 

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

1. Support end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinating requisition approvals, sourcing activities and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

2. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and support workforce planning activities.

3. Create and maintain recruitment reports, KPI tracking and talent acquisition dashboards.

4. Design and execute employee wellbeing programs aligned with HR strategy and business needs.

5. Act as ONE INCHCAPE leader, promoting cultural initiatives, engagement activities and internal campaigns.

6. Coordinate engagement and wellbeing events including logistics, vendor management and space organization.

7. Create and process purchase orders related to Talent, Wellbeing and engagement activities, ensuring budget control and compliance.

8. Monitor and track wellbeing KPIs, engagement metrics and participation rates to assess program effectiveness.

9. Assist in designing strategies to strengthen retention, engagement and employee satisfaction.

10. Manage the process of sending candidates to background checks and medical exams, as well as collecting and validating required documentation for hiring, ensuring compliance with internal policies and established timelines.

11. Mentor or support junior team members when required and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the People function.

12. End to end Couta Sena administration.

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field (desirable).
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement or wellbeing roles.
  • Knowledge of HR and Talent processes including recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle management.
  • Experience managing vendors, coordinating events and handling administrative budget processes.(desirable).
  • Ability to create and manage purchase orders and track budgets responsibly.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong stakeholder management capability.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and prepare reports.
  • Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to improving employee experience.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented and adaptable to dynamic environments.
