PURPOSE OF ROLE
The Cash Administration Analyst provides operational and administrative support to the Treasury COE´s cash management function. This role ensures the accurate execution and control of daily treasury tasks such as cash flow forecasting, associated reports preparation and support with bank documentation flow. It is a key enabler in maintaining cash visibility, liquidity efficiency and compliance with Inchcape Treasury policy across all Americas markets.
JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 Preparation of cash flow forecasts by gathering and validating data from departments and markets across the region.
2 Assist in the analysis of cash flow variances and tracking of key liquidity metrics.
3 Analyze banking fees and account structures, identifying discrepancies against service agreements.
4 Identify available cash for local investments, obtain rate quotes, analyze banking proposals and request necessary approvals.
5 Assist in managing banking relationships and ensuring compliance with treasury policies.
6 Address the first-level concerns and requirements of the markets in the cash management function.
7 Manage signing process of documents timely with required signatures.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Skilled in interpreting financial data, performing cash flow analysis, and managing multiple inputs to produce reliable forecasts.
- Solid understanding of cash forecasting, daily cash positioning and short-term liquidity planning.
- Foster a culture of internal service, providing accurate and timely information to markets, regional, group and other areas of the region
- Experience in administrative or operational finance roles, preferably related to Treasury or accounting.
- 2 years of general experience in Finance areas.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Treasury.
- Advanced skills of Excel.
