Our Aftersales Team is currently looking for a talented Aftersales Support Coordinator to be the responsible for the for overseeing and coordinating the aftersales service processes, focusing on workshops Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), improving operational efficiency, ensuring Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) compliance and conducting interval audits for internal controls.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction, optimizing workshops throughput and supporting the overall aftersales revenue performance.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
• Prepare and deliver technician bonus report daily to workshop technicians and management.
• Ensure all active service documents in DMS have accurate labour pricing, document status and appointment dates; archiving all inactive documents.
• Monitor and analyze workshop KPIs and production hours (e.g. repair times, productivity, first time fix rates and customer satisfaction).
• Assist with the identification of trends, areas for improvement and implement action plans to improve overall workshop performance.
• Assist Aftersales Support Manager with labour rate and maintenance plan management.
• Review and analyze workshop processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with the service team to implement best practices that increase workshop throughput and reduce repair cycle times.
• Complete random audits to ensure the workshops are compliant with all relevant HSE regulations and policies.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments in the workshop.
• Lead regular audits and analyze the results providing detailed reports to management and recommend corrective actions.
• Track and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure continuous improvement.
• Work closely with service advisors, technicians and other relevant departments to ensure smooth aftersales operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports on aftersales performance, HSE compliance and audit findings.
• Present data driven insights to management to support strategic decision making.

• High school education
• Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Proven experience performing administrative tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, creating and maintaining structure
• Good analytical skills and critical thinking
