Our team is seeking Automative Technician , responsible for performing diagnosis, repairs, maintenance and installation work to vehicles ensuring adherence to standards, policies and procedures and providing exceptional customer satisfaction. What you’ll do

 

  • Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
  • Diagnose cause of most malfunctions and perform repair.
  • Examine assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
  • Ensure strict quality and operational standards are adhered to, with a focus on safety, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure productivity and efficiency targets are achieved.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.

 

About you

To be successful in this role you’ll be

  •  Advanced Diploma in Automotive Engineering an asset or other related qualifications
  • 2+ years’ demonstrated experience in the automotive industry in a similar capacity
  • Previous experience of working to efficiency targets
  • Computer literacy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines
  • A passion for customer service and customer satisfaction
  • Great team player with good communication skills
  • Capable of working to the highest quality standards
  • A valid drivers’ license
