- Support network development projects including new site openings, relocations, refurbishments, and closures, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution.
- Coordinate technical scopes, RFQs, and supplier evaluations in partnership with Procurement for facilities-related services and projects.
- Drive local execution of sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives (utilities optimization, waste management, CO₂ data collection, and environmental programs).
- Monitor facilities OPEX and minor CAPEX, validating invoices, tracking budgets, and identifying cost optimization opportunities.
- Act as main operational point of contact for workplace-related topics, ensuring a safe, functional, and productive employee environment.
- Maintain facilities contracts, asset registers, compliance documentation, and audit evidence in line with governance requirements.
