Our Customer Experience Team is currently looking for a talented Customer Experience Specialist for Barbados to serve as a dealership ambassador and liaison between the dealership and its customers.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Greets customers and understands their needs.
- Answers incoming queries via all channels of communication (telephone/portals/social media).
- Directs customers to appropriate department/s or individual or email the intended recipient.
- Contacts customers after their last visit to assess customer satisfaction and enters customer feedback into the dealership survey portal.
- Engages customers as required according to ongoing retention strategy.
- Updates and maintains the customer database as required.
- Highlights any developing trends resulting from contact with customers and escalates to department management.
- Prepares sales and aftersales welcome packages.
- Serves as administrative back-up.
We'll make a match if you meet the following requirements:
- At least five (5) CSEC level passes including Mathematice and English at grade 3 or higher
- 3 + years’ experience in a similar capacity
- Previous experience in a service industry would be an asset
- Computer literacy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism
- Detailed and solutions oriented with a passion for customer service and customer satisfaction
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
