Our Parts Team is currently looking for a talented Data Analyst for Barbados who will be responsible for the correct execution of the monthly stock & order planning cycle for spare parts. They will participate in all meetings involving order planning by gathering feedback from all related stakeholders inclusive of internal commercial, logistic & warehousing partners. The primary objective of this role is to analyse spare parts sales and purchase order data trends to determine risk and uncertainty and balance those metrics with achieving the objective of meeting/surpassing the company’s Annual Operating Plan.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Manage and balance inventory levels through use of mathematical modelling techniques and statistical concepts.
• Determine probability and assess risks to obsolescence and risks to meeting revenue targets.
• Participate in the monthly cycle of the S&OP process in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Update of SKU segmentation and validation with the commercial department.
• Prepare and review statistical forecast including data cleansing, documentation and incorporation of assumptions and calculations.
• Analyse the sell-out sales report and incorporate inputs to the statistical forecast.
• Ensure that information from the S&OP process is prepared with the required level of detail within the established deadlines.

We'll make a match if you meet the following requirements:

• BS or BA degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance or Programming
• 2 + years relevant experience in similar roles
• 2 + years working with several different types of technology such as SQL, Python, Power Bi and Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and forecasting techniques
• Experience in demand planning
