Our Distribution Excellence Team is currently looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager for Barbados who will implement and oversee the marketing strategy for the company across all channels to enhance the company’s online and offline presence, by devising and executing strategies that engage a following across all identified media platforms.

 

 

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

 

  • Develop marketing plans including digital with content and execution strategies as per the objectives of ICI and the OEMs.
  • Manage Digital Marketing Coordinator to ensure the effective execution of such marketing plan and any other activities.
  • Conduct research to analyse competitive landscape, market trends and customer behaviour and prepare reports by collecting, summarizing and analysing data.
  • Create and manage the annual marketing calendar, budget and other presentations as required in line with commercial objectives.
  • Oversee design, development and maintenance of the on-line and off-line presence for the dealership and brands, ensuring that material is relevant and aligns with OEM and corporate requirements.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing activities executed and assess against goals (ROI & KPIs).
  • Optimise spend and performance based on annual allocated budgets.
  • Manage 3rd party vendors for the generation and management of advertising campaigns and other content as required.
  • Represent ICI and dealership brands internally and externally.

 

 

We'll make a match if you meet the following requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or Communication
  • 5+ years’ proven working experience in a similar senior role
  • Demonstrable experience managing marketing databases and social media presence
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Proven ability to grow a brand’s presence off-line and on-line
  • Ability to manage data sets and comfortable with analytical platforms
  • Experience integrating social media into broader marketing campaigns
  • Ability to travel within the Dealer Network as required
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
