Our Finance Team is currently looking for a talented Finance Intern to be responsible for handles the financial record keeping of the accounting function, preparing invoices, records payments, prepares reports and reconciliations which support the overall financial position of the Company.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Reviews postings to Incadea made by the Parts Data Entry team to confirm correct flow to SAP.
- Investigates discrepancies noted and raise to the DE team to perform corrections.
- Verifies payable data interfaced through Incadea into the payable accounts on a daily basis.
- Performs supplier statement reconciliations, investigating missing invoices if any, resolves any queries or disputes on the accounts.
- Prepares journals as required to move entries from the various cost centers or balance sheet accounts
- Performs reconciliations on the DHL & FedEx accounts.
- Assist with any other accounting duties as requested.
We'll make a match if you meet the following requirements:
- Final stages of BSc degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Process and deadline driven mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office with the ability to use advanced MS Excel functions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Strong business acumen with a high level of enthusiasm, professionalism and ethical standards.
