Marine Sales & Service Lead

Our Sales and Distribution Team is currently looking for a talented Marine Sales and Service Lead for Barbados to assist the Head of Distribution Excellence Motorcycle and OBM in Puerto Rico.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Acts as the first point of contact with dealers for all Suzuki Marine related topics and utilizes internal resources to ensure the highest level of service is maintained.
• Assists with the setting of sales, after sales and financial targets for the approval of the Head of Distribution Excellence Motorcycle and OBM.
• Responsible for communicating targets to assigned dealers.
• Responsible for the monitoring of the sales and financial targets and is expected to report to the Head of Distribution Excellence Motorcycle and OBM on actual performance versus targets monthly.
• Maintains required reporting schedules to the suppliers.
• Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with manufacturer's sales, after sales and marketing requirements.
• Monitors in-market competitive environment including sales against competitor brands.
• Obtains marketing materials and advertising for distribution to the Dealers.
• Liaises with Dealers, internal resources and external suppliers to ensure that marketing activities, promotions, and incentive programs are executed and reported on as required.
• Implements plans for new Dealers as agreed. 
• Develops good working relationships with Suppliers and Dealers, maintaining regular contact through scheduled calls and visits.
• Sets and maintains pricing and price lists to dealer ensuring that the Dealer has the correct market positioning strategy in place.
• Ensures dealerships are maintained to the standards required by the manufacturer.
• Liaises with all stakeholders to ensure that training plans are agreed and executed.
• Travel throughout the regional dealership network.

We'll make a match if you meet the following requirements:

• B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field
• A minimum of two (2) years of high calibre sales experience
• Excellent customer service skills and proven negotiation skills
• Excellent financial skills to draft and implement budgets and conduct data analysis
• Strong understanding of inventory management and customer experience management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literacy and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Intermediate skill level in Excel and Power Bi an asset
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
