Our Aftersales team is seeking a Parts Sales Representative to join our team in Barbados. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its after-sales parts customers, providing a friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service while assisting customers in identifying and obtaining the correct parts the first time, ensuring exceptional customer experience.

What you’ll do:

• Present, promote, and sell the company’s parts products while delivering agreed sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to existing and prospective customers across all company contact channels.
• Identify and recommend the correct parts to meet customer needs, using manufacturers’ Electronic Parts Catalogs (EPCs) and adhering to manufacturer specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams and utilize available resources to ensure the correct parts are identified, sourced, and delivered efficiently.
• Monitor stock trends and demand patterns, notifying the franchise team of any changes or potential risks.
• Maintain accurate records by updating systems with all sales and lost sales data.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and support the development of new sales opportunities.
• Provide accurate advice to customers on vehicle care and parts usage.
• Track the progress of parts requests, keeping customers informed of any changes to timelines or cost estimates.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain a high standard of service.
• Perform other reasonable and related duties as required.

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

• Qualified with at least five (5) CXC passes, including Mathematics and English.

• Bringing a minimum of three (3) years of sales experience.
• Versed in Electronic Parts Catalogues across commercial and passenger vehicle brands would be an asset.
• Demonstrating a proven track record of strong performance and sales success.
• Computer literate, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
