Our Transformation department is currently looking for a talented Project Coordinator who will be an integral part of the Project Managers Office (PMO) within the Transformation Department, reporting to the Project Managers Office CARCAM. This role is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects, working closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. The Project Coordinator will help manage resources, budgets, and timelines, ensuring smooth coordination, clear communication, and adherence to project goals.

 

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

 

  • Participate in project design meetings and provide input on potential improvements
  • Identify potential issues and technical challenges, developing solutions as needed
  • Plan and track team goals, project schedules, and relevant information updates
  • Oversee ongoing projects, coordinating with all team members to maintain workflow and meet deadlines
  • Manage project-related documentation, ensuring all materials are current, organized, and securely stored
  • Prepare and review project correspondences, including proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to clarify project requirements, scope, and objectives, maintaining strong relationships
  • Assist in managing relationships with project stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are addressed
  • Monitor project budgets, identifying cost-saving measures and ensuring adherence to financial constraints
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders to keep them informed on project progress and developments

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
    • Proven experience working with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira)
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with team members, clients, and stakeholders
    • Ability to prepare clear and concise project documentation and reports
  • Organizational Skills:
    • Strong organizational abilities, with a focus on multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously
    • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
    • Capable of identifying potential project challenges and developing practical solutions
    • Strong analytical skills for evaluating project issues and proposing improvements
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with diverse groups of stakeholders
    • Proactive and adaptable, with the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Financial Awareness:
    • Basic understanding of budgeting principles and cost management
    • Experience monitoring project budgets and implementing cost-saving measures
  • Certification (Preferred but not required):
    • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
